TACFIT Commando is based around the actual training regimes that Coach Scott Sonnon is using in the real world to teach Operatives from agencies worldwide such as, SEALs and secret service, American special ops personnel, bodyguards to the Italian Prime Minister, US federal agents, firemen, law enforcement agencies and MMA fighters. Tacfit Commando – Tacfit Commando Review
This total system uses bodyweight only throughout. It has been designed to be completed in only about 20 minutes, you might want to allow about 40 minutes when you first start the program. Some of the exercises are a bit different to what you have probably tried before and take a bit of getting used to. I know I did and I spent over twenty years in the army and had to perform all sorts of weird and wonderful exercises.
The system has also been designed to be used in about the same amount of space you need to lie down in. You can do it in your living room, backyard, gym or hotel room. The exercises are incredibly intense and have a fat melting power most athletes don’t reach in a full hour of training.

OK, that is the hype, but what is it like really – personally, I think this is one of the best fitness programs I have ever tried, and I have tried a few.
Let me ask you a few questions.
Do you like to push yourself while training?
Are you after a no frills training system, that works?
Do you want to be gently encouraged, or do you want it straight to the point, that gets your adrenaline running and blood pumping?
TACFIT Commando will give you all of this, except the “gentle encouragement” bit. If you follow along with the videos, you will be fired up, to train your heart out, but in a safe and controlled manner.
One of the main reasons I like this program so much is the emphasis they put on the warm up and cool down. You will get a full mobility session to warm up and get all your joints moving, thus avoiding strains during the exercise phase. The cool down employs Prasara Yoga. Although one or two of the positions are a bit challenging, I get an incredible stretch of my whole body I haven’t achieved before, and the difficult positions are more to do with me allowing my body to become quite stiff due to laziness on my behalf over the last couple of years.
Overall, I can’t compliment the people at TACFIT Commando high enough. I will be using this program for along time to come.
